Agni Kriya Initiation

Description

Agni is a great purifier. It removes impurities of the body and is a great tool for transformation. Since Vedic times, Agni has been centric and core to purifying processes like Yajna, Havan and Agnihotram have been. Agni Kriya, a process that is followed daily at Anaadi Foundation ashram, has been immensely beneficial for ashramites. People have reported experiencing lightness of the body and mind over a period of time with regular practice. Agni Kriya removes toxins in the body, negativity of the mind and purifies the environment. In ancient times, such processes were also means to communicate with divine forces for fruition of one's desires and wishes that are guided by Dharma. Since Agni is extremely powerful, the Agni Kriya process is designed to be simple and gentle leading to a harmonious feeling upon completion. The process, which lasts about 2.5 -3 hours includes: ~ Orientation ~ Pranayama ~ Invocation ~ Sankalpa ~ Kriya ~ Mantra Japa ~ Dhyana The bhasma generated in the process has a number of health benefits and also suitable for cleansing the environment and farming. Schedule Arrival: before 6.00 pm on previous day (July 2nd) Process starts around 5.00 am on July 3rd Participants to bath before that. Process followed by Guru Pooja until 7.00 am Breakfast will be served post Yoga session Accommodation: Simple common accommodation will be provided for the night. Venue Anaadi Foundation, Ivyar Malai, Palani. Tamil Nadu Details of reaching the ashram will be provided to registered participants. Fee Rs. 2000 includes Agni Kriya kit, materials, cow-dung patties, stay and food. As such the initation process is a humble free of cost offering for loka sangraha.
