This is a structured 4-session journey:

Understand your leadership patterns through the lens of the Elements. Understand areas of strengths and weaknesses.

Session 2 - Mastering Your Inner State

Understanding Elemental Leadership in detail. 

• The impact on Attitude, Behaviour, Contributions and Culture

• Practical Indic Practices to Balanced Leadership

Session 3 - Leading People, Not Just Tasks

Learn to handle teams through the elemental lens - listening, feedback and delegation. Framework to build right elemental teams for high performance.

Session 4 - Designing Systems That Work

System design through the elemental lens for sustained performance - functions, industries, work space.

• Dates: April 18, 19, 25, 26 (Sat,Sun - 2 Weekends)

• Time Slot: 5.30PM to 7.00PM IST (1.5 hours per session)
