Join us for a transformative 8-day program on "Mahabharata Sadhana : Think Clear, Act Confident, Live Liberated." This immersive experience will guide participants through the timeless wisdom of the Mahabharata, focusing on the themes of clarity of thought and decisive action. Each day will delve into a specific aspect of the epic, from understanding key characters and their dilemmas to exploring the profound lessons of Dharma, ethics, and leadership. Through readings, discussions, and reflective practices, participants will uncover insights that are not only relevant to the ancient text but also applicable to modern life.

Throughout the week, we will engage in group activities and personal reflections designed to strengthen our ability to think clearly and act with confidence. Participants will explore the complexities of human nature and decision-making, drawing parallels to their own lives. By the end of the program, individuals will leave with a deeper understanding of the Mahabharata’s teachings, equipped with tools to enhance their personal and professional journeys. This is an opportunity to connect with a rich cultural heritage while fostering personal growth and community bonding.

This program is led by Siddhayogi Shriman Adinarayanan ji and Matrushree Ananthalakshmi ma who are the founding Gurus of Anaadi Foundation. Shriman Adinarayanan ji is a Siddhayogi who has spent more than 300 days in mouna tapasya. The dampati belong to the spiritual parampara of Mahavatar Kriya Babaji. After a deep spiritual experience (which he later realised as the experience of Samadhi) during his graduate studies in the US, Siddhayogi Shriman Adinarayanan ji had a strong desire to return to India to dedicate himself to spirituality and serving the society. Since their marriage in 2004, Shriman and Matrushree have been leading a yogic life of simplicity and purpose.  They continue to teach at various institutions including IIT-Delhi. After more than a decade of teaching and research experience they have been reaching out to children, youth and families through their online and in-person programs on Yoga, Ithihasa-Purana and Vedanta blending unique insights from modern science.
