We are happy to announce after school program at Tatva Academy for children in the age group 6-12 years starting August 14 2025.

Starting August 14, 2025, Tatva Academy invites children aged 6–12 years to join a unique and engaging after-school program designed to nurture body, mind, and curiosity. The sessions combine movement, mental agility, and creative exploration to help children develop focus, confidence, and a love for learning.

Through a blend of physical practices, problem-solving games, sky observations, and rhythmic activities, children will experience a holistic approach that supports both well-being and intellectual growth. The program is playful yet structured, allowing children to build life skills while having fun.

Program Highlights

• Gentle Body–Mind Practices – Simple Yogic postures and Pranayama breathing techniques that improve flexibility, balance, focus, and calmness.

• Creative Math Challenges – Fun strategies and techniques that make problem-solving faster, more accurate, and enjoyable drawing from Bharatiya Ganita.

• Exploring the Night Sky – Age-appropriate astronomy sessions to spark curiosity about planets, stars, and cosmic patterns taking insights from Nakshatra Vidya

• Rhythmic Voice & Memory Exercises – Engaging group chanting to improve concentration, listening skills, and confidence in expression.

This program is designed to help children:

• Strengthen focus and memory

• Enhance problem-solving skills

• Develop healthy posture and breathing habits

• Foster curiosity about the world around them

• Build confidence through group activities

Classes begin on Aug 14th 2025 and conclude on August 22nd 2025

Program offered by

Tejaswi Adinarayanan graduated from Dharma Gurukulam, a residential IKS based Gurukulam in Palani in Tamil Nadu, in 2024. He going through intense learning in Samskritam and Sangeetham under qualified Acharyas. He is parallely pursuing a BS degree in Data Science from IIT Madras.

He also teaches at various Gurukulams of Anaadi Foundation and offers IKS programs to young learners across the globe.
