1. Shared accomodation will be provided. 2. Participants need to be mobile and capable of taking care of simple needs on their own(like maintaining their things). 3. Condition specific Yoga sessions 7. Ayurveda knowledge sessions Logistics Participants will be provided with shared accommodation with simple yogic and ayurvedic food. Participants are expected to participate in the various activities of the ashram and also the prescribed yogic practices Participants will have to remain with the ashram premises during the entire therapy days., Participants may plan to arrive by 11.00 am on March 27th and leave by 4.00 on the 7th day or 14th day.
