This program is led by Siddhayogi Shriman Adinarayanan ji and Matrushree Ananthalakshmi ma who are the founding Gurus of Anaadi Foundation. Shriman Adinarayanan ji is a Siddhayogi who has spent more than 300 days in mouna tapasya. The dampati belong to the spiritual parampara of Mahavatar Kriya Babaji. After a deep spiritual experience (which he later realised as the experience of Samadhi) during his graduate studies in the US, Siddhayogi Shriman Adinarayanan ji had a strong desire to return to India to dedicate himself to spirituality and serving the society. Since their marriage in 2004, Adinarayanan and Smrithi have been leading a yogic life of simplicity and purpose.  They continue to teach at various institutions including IIT-Delhi. After more than a decade of teaching and research experience they have been reaching out to children, youth and families through their online and in-person programs on Yoga, Ithihasa-Purana and Vedanta blending unique insights from modern science. Being grihasthas and being able to integrate sadhana into their daily life has inspired a lot of grihasthas who visit the ashram.

Welcome to the 18-Day Yoga Sadhana Intensive Program—a transformative journey that immerses you in the profound wisdom of ancient yogic texts, deep practices, and the holistic experience of ashram living. This program is designed to guide you through a comprehensive exploration of Yogasutra, Yoga Vashishta, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika, offering insights into the philosophy, discipline, and techniques that form the foundation of yoga.

Each day, you will engage in focused sadhana that includes daily chants, deepening your connection to the divine vibrations that elevate consciousness. The program also incorporates deep yogic practices, designed to cleanse the deha, prana and chitta, paving the way for higher states of awareness.

Ashram living will be an integral part of this journey, where simplicity and mindfulness will be your companions. You'll experience the rhythm of a life devoted to spiritual growth, surrounded by the serene environment that fosters inner reflection and peace.

Gau seva, the service to the sacred cows, will further enrich your sadhana, connecting you with the essence of selfless service and the nurturing aspect of dharma. This program is not just a retreat but a holistic path to experiencing yoga in its truest sense, uniting the teachings of the great Yogis and Rishis of Bharat with the practices that lead to self-realization.

Embark on this journey with an open heart and mind, ready to embrace the ancient teachings that have guided countless seekers towards the light of truth.
